Check Overview and the requests in For you. Reply with the context at hand, then ask your agent to continue from the saved records.

Is Clareza another AI tool?
Clareza is a project manager. Connect the agents you already use so they can read tasks and record progress in one dashboard. Work happens in your AI tool; Clareza keeps the records for future conversations.
Do I have to check every project individually?
Overview brings together each project’s progress and next step. For you groups agent requests by project, with the reason for the blocker and what they need from you. Open the details when you need to investigate.
Can an agent advance the work that does not need me?
In your AI tool, ask the agent to move ahead with authorized tasks, record its work and leave a request when it needs your input. Clareza organizes those records; execution and its limits stay in the agent’s tool. The dashboard reflects recorded updates, not independent monitoring of the AI.
Will I have to update everything manually?
Connected agents can create tasks and record progress. Ask them to read the project before starting and save updates as they work. You can also edit in the dashboard. The history lets you check what was recorded and when.
Do I have to reply in both the chat and the dashboard?
Reply to your agent and ask it to record your response in Clareza. You can also reply in the dashboard. The decision stays with the task for future reference.
Can every agent see all my projects?
You choose the projects and permissions for each connection. Grant access to another project or revoke it when needed. An agent can only read content from authorized projects.
Do I need to code to use Clareza?
You can create projects and tasks in the dashboard. Apps with browser-based connection let you sign in and authorize projects. Other compatible clients may require an MCP connection setup; instructions are available in Clareza settings.
What happens if I reach my plan’s limit?
Archive a project or revoke a connection to free up a slot. Archiving keeps your history. After a downgrade, your data remains available to read and export; bring usage within the limits to resume editing.
Is the app available in English?
The app currently uses Portuguese. This website is available in Portuguese and English. Translating the app is part of the international launch preparation.
